1- General:

These general sales conditions apply strictly to all product sales made in Spain, including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands, by EMBUTIDOS LA UNIÓN S.L., with C.I.F. number B33238478, hereinafter referred to as EMBUTIDOS LA UNIÓN S.L., intended for individuals. Any order placed with EMBUTIDOS LA UNIÓN S.L. necessarily implies, as an essential, decisive, and indispensable condition, the unconditional acceptance by the Customer of the General Sales Conditions of EMBUTIDOS LA UNIÓN S.L. in force on the day the corresponding order is placed. Furthermore, the Customer acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions will imply their application to the order to which they refer, as well as to all subsequent orders, except in cases where new conditions are brought to the Customer’s attention by EMBUTIDOS LA UNIÓN S.L. The fact that EMBUTIDOS LA UNIÓN S.L. does not enforce any of these conditions at a given time cannot be interpreted or equated as a waiver to enforce them in the future or the past. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of these conditions, as well as all acts resulting from them, shall be governed by Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions contrary to it.

2- Prices:

The prices published by EMBUTIDOS LA UNIÓN S.L. are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices include the applicable VAT on the day of the order; any change in the VAT rate will be automatically applied to the product prices available at EMBUTIDOS LA UNIÓN S.L. Offers on products for sale at EMBUTIDOS LA UNIÓN S.L. will be displayed in the “Offers” section or indicated on the product’s details page, and unless otherwise stated, will remain valid as long as they are visible on screen.

The offers presented by EMBUTIDOS LA UNIÓN S.L. are valid within the limit of available stock. EMBUTIDOS LA UNIÓN S.L. reserves the right to modify the product assortment based on difficulties imposed by its suppliers. The photographs, graphics, and descriptions of the products offered for sale are only indicative and in no way bind the seller EMBUTIDOS LA UNIÓN S.L.

5- Shipping:

The purchased products will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order. By default, invoices will be sent to the email address provided by the customer when registering with EMBUTIDOS LA UNIÓN S.L. Orders will not be dispatched or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. However, delays will not imply order cancellation or any form of compensation. An order is considered delivered at the moment the carrier hands the package(s) to the customer, and the customer signs the delivery receipt. 6- Return and Cancellation Policies

6-1 Return of Goods:

If the reason for the return is that the returned item is defective or does not match the order, EMBUTIDOS LA UNIÓN S.L. will cover the costs of the return and the replacement of the requested goods within 72 hours from receipt by the customer.

6-2 Order Cancellation:

If the order cancellation is made before the goods are dispatched, the customer will not incur any costs.
